le DRIVE: modèle economique “mortel” pour ceux qui n’offrent pas ce service ou le font sous forme de picking encore plus pour les formes de distribution actuelle. Non seulement le vrai drive est pratique, moins cher et gain de temps mais laisse une vraie marge au distributeur -alors… nous n’en sommes qu’au début. – fini les CDUC….à quand les taxes sur les autorisations d’ouverture de drives ?

il y a un vrai boulot, plein de repositionnement à opérer, de merchandising à reconsidérer, de com à reconcevoir, et surtout d’ amiraux de vaisseaux “en danger” n’est ce pas mr Olofson et bravo les “”Leclerc”” qui montrent que la puissance de l’organisation, du management… n’est pas toujours la panacée.
serait il possible de filmer la préparation automatisée dans un des drives de l’enseigne E leclerc ? ou avoir plus d’infos car parait il que quelqu’un en sont équipés(je reprécise préparation a l unite consommateur) et se sera probablement une solution nouvelle de distribution, merci pour les infos.
